Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain products (such as clearance items or customized tools) may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first.

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.
